Despite the chilly weather today's bash was a great success. There were a good selection of retailers there (Sidwell Cycles, Richard's Bikes, Braking Wind, Bikus, Hot Pursuit, Saddles & Paddles and maybe a few more... - Let me know if we missed you out!), with a huge range of demo bikes available for test round a specially marked out 'demo loop' - This was a rare opportunity for prospective customers to ride 5 or 6 similar bikes along the same trail to make a direct comparison, and there seemed to be plenty of people making the most of it.
The Okefreeriders guys showed their stuff on their portable Northshore rig, and Andrei Burton did it his way - Trackstanding at the edge of an 8-foot drop before balancing on his rear wheel and then jumping across to land on the exit ramp - Amazing stuff.
